The extension observes text input areas on supported AI platforms. It activates only when relevant user input is detected, ensuring minimal performance impact.
2. Analyze Content Locally
Before submission, your content is scanned against predefined detection rules. This includes API keys, tokens, private URLs, credentials and other high-risk patterns. All analysis happens directly in your browser.
3. Trigger Real-Time Warning
If potentially sensitive data is detected, Prompt Censor displays an immediate warning. Nothing is sent automatically without your awareness.
4. You Stay in Control
You decide whether to block, edit, mask or proceed intentionally. Prompt Censor does not override your actions - it empowers informed decisions.
